Studies show that mindfulness can help decrease stress, improve focus, and enhance both mental and physical health. Beyond meditation, mindfulness can be practiced anywhere, anytime, even in routine, day-to-day activities. Since it is the art of being present in the moment, we have the opportunity to practice becoming aware of the coming and going of our thoughts and feelings by using deliberate focus to fully engage in any task.
